Field Day is just around the corner – June 22-23, 2019
This is the time for amateur radio operators to take their equipment to the field, giving us the opportunity to work as many other stations as possible while learning to operate in abnormal situations with less than optimal conditions. We like to also make this time for new hams to get together with seasoned operators to learn the ropes, to be coached, and to learn more about equipment and technologies that they may be interested in. We encourage anyone with an interest in communications to come visit us.
This year, our club will participate at Randolph Park in Dublin, VA (Map). Our event is open to all amateur radio operators, as well as the public.
